These Terms and Conditions are our Terms & Conditions covering our indirect involvement in the initial conception of the website and our intellectual property. PandaFish is exclusively responsible for running, maintaining, and making this website available to you, and is therefore your sole and exclusive contact and co-contracting party, whatever your request may be, concerning its use and the facilities it grants access to. PandaFish might have additional Terms & Conditions of its own, that could regulate your contractual or commercial relationships. PandaFish is also operating and entirely responsible for the Online Shop that can be accessed through the website and is the seller and provider in that specific context. Western Union may remove contributions that are not submitted in the English language. By submitting any and all content to this website you hereby give Western Union the right, but not the obligation, to post, air, edit, exhibit, telecast, archive, cablecast, webcast, re-use, publish, reproduce, use, license, print, distribute or otherwise use your content and first name and county via all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity.
